Our App requires an active iCloud account from Apple to function, and upon activation, Apple provides us with a iCloud userID which is exclusive for your iCloud account in our App. This userID is the only information we have about you and in no way contains any Personal information you shared with Apple.
We may use this userID provided by Apple to collect information about the way you use our App exclusively for statistical purposes in improving the Service. By using the Service, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Your access to the Service will be done through your Apple devices. We may collect some generic information it automatically, including, but not limited to, the type or class of mobile device You are using, Your mobile operating system version, and other diagnostic data. We do not collect information uniquely identifying Your mobile device, such as its unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers.

The Company does not collect or retain Your Personal Data, and all your imported audiovisual assets, created playlists, and related information are kept in your own iCloud account and your devices. We only retain the user ID to organize your Usage Data.

We will retain and use user ID to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies. Apple, and onlyApple, may be capable of connecting your user ID back to You.
The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

Our Service gives You the ability to delete all your Service-related information generated and stored in your iCloud for You from within the App. Please note we do not retain copies of this information so this deletion process is final and cannot be reversed.

If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, Your Usage Data may be transferred, and become subject to a different Privacy Policy. We do not collect Your Personal Data so there is nothing else from You we can transfer, and even We cannot know which user ID belongs to You.
